The Bagel Hole is an artisanal Bagel café located on Melita street in Valletta, a stone’s throw from the spectacular Upper Barrakka Gardens. The Bagel Hole was created by Suzi Mifsud to convey the experience of authentic, New York style bagels to her home-island Malta, after having lived in Brooklyn, where she was captivated by the deep-rooted bagel culture.

Each bagel is hand-rolled and made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Suzi has teamed up with the MCA (Mediterranean Culinary Academy) to develop unique recipes that emerge from a specialised kitchen that thrives on passion. With each bagel served, the Bagel Hole strives to remain true and faithful to its inspiration, the iconic NY Bagel.
